Damaged or wrong items
Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund. No return shipping on our error.
Not returnable
Opened toiletries, opened consumables and used linens cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Final policy is confirmed once supplier terms are set.
